Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Lake Lure, North Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This is an entry level assistant golf professional position meant to help an upcoming professional learn more about how to properly run a golf operation. There will be multiple opportunities to learn handicapping, tournament software, tournament execution, POS systems, and customer service. You will primarily be in our pro shop attending to customers and members. All facets of the operation will be learned and it is a great opportunity to learn about the resort, public, and membership sides of a golf operation, as we offer all three. You will learn about golf group sales, golf memberships, large tournaments, and merchandising at a high level. You can leave this position one day with all the tools necessary to compete in the workforce.

Requirements:
Driven to get their PGA membership.
Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Publisher.
Knowledgeable in Tournament software.
High level of customer service.
Play golf with members and guests.

Compensation:
$11.00 – $13.00 per hour.
