Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Delray Beach, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Closely work with the Golf Course Superintendent and other Assistant Superintendent in all aspects of golf course and grounds maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to crew management, pesticide and fertilizer application and calibration, irrigation maintenance and repair, and moisture management.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess a two- or four-year degree or certification in Turfgrass Management.
At least two years of golf course maintenance experience is required.
At least two years of golf course experience in addition to having a strong passion for the turfgrass industry and a desire to become a Golf Course Superintendent.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, positive attitude, excellent communication skills and an eagerness to learn and grow in the turfgrass industry.
Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain a Florida Pesticide License within 90 days of hire.
Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation:
$47,000 – $50,000 per year.
