Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Hewlett Harbor, New York is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The Assistant superintendent will work hand in hand with the superintendent to develop an agronomic plan for the 2021 growing season. You will be involved in pesticide planning and applications, crew assignments and supervision, water management, future project planning, bunker renovations, irrigation upgrades/ renovations.

Requirements:
Graduate of a 2- or 4-year turf program.
Must have or be able to obtain a valid NYS-DEC 3A Pesticide License within 90 days of employment.
1-2 years of golf course experience.

Compensation:
$60,000 – $80,000 per year.
The Assistant superintendent will have a one bedroom apartment that is on property.
Also included is medical insurance, meals, uniforms, vacation, 401k, dues to local & national associations, continuing education and golfing privileges.
