Golf Course Groundskeeper
Golf Club in Kingston, Washington is looking for a Golf Course Groundskeeper.

Position Overview:
Provides primary supervisory duties for groundskeeper(s) and will assist in performing grounds maintenance duties at the golf course and at all other designated divisions. Reviews grounds and landscape (including garden areas) conditions daily and makes appropriate adjustments to daily and weekly goals/schedules. Creates and delegates work lists, job assignments, training and quality control. May assist with chemical and fertilizer applications. Assists with maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing golf course irrigation systems. May assist with the repair of all equipment. Oversees the maintenance and care of plants, trees, shrubs and flowers. Provides weekly updates to General Manager and Course Superintendent. Provides schedule of future planting to other division department heads, as necessary. Reviews and evaluates groundskeeper duties for completeness and thoroughness, to include daily clean up of areas. Presents Spectacular Service during all guest and internal customer interactions. Provide feedback and ideas to management team during regularly scheduled meetings.

Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required.
2-4 years golf course landscaping experience preferred.
Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture, preferred.
Holds current Pesticide Applicator Certification desired but not required.
Basic understanding of general planting practices to extend the life of plants and eye appeal.
Working knowledge in the safe operation of landscaping power tools used to perform duties.
