Assistant Golf Professional
Country club in Indianapolis, Indiana is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to multi-task job duties while also keeping focused on the member experience at all times.

This service-oriented position will play an important role in overall daily golf experience in a variety of ways:
• As a “non tee-time culture” this position will spend time in our play coordinator position which exists to organize play, greet golfers when teeing off, manage pace of play, manage the tee sheet, etc.
• Provide an enjoyable, upbeat environment in the golf shop.
• Assistant in the execution multiple annual non-member large outings.
• Oversee operational cleanliness and appearance.
• Teach individual lessons and group clinics.
• Assist in the organization and execution of the junior golf program.
• Manage cart fleet maintenance schedule.
• Play golf with all segments of the membership.

Requirements:
PGA Associate or PGM Graduate preferred.

Compensation:
$21,000.00 per year.
