Assistant Golf Professional
Country club in Laconia, New Hampshire is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Professional assists the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day golf operations of the facility.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Assist with golfer check-in and fee collection; control and manage play.
• Assist with all opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with the Junior Golf Program, including PGA Junior League.
• Co-management of ladies and men’s leagues.
• Management of Monday outside tournaments.
• Starter/ranger duties as needed.
• Assist with outside services on a daily basis as needed.
• Provide exceptional service to all members and guests.
• Golf with the membership in competitive and non-competitive situations.
• Conduct individual lessons and group clinics.

Requirements:
Private Club experience preferred but not required.
Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operations.
Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills.
Service and customer focused attitude.
Experienced in written and oral business communications.
Strong computer skills and knowledge using Microsoft Word and Excel, Golf Genius, GHIN & P.O.S. systems (Club Essential is a plus).
Highly motivated, hardworking and a team player.
Maintain and promote a positive professional image at all times.

Compensation:
$550.00 per week.
