Seasonal Outside Golf Operations Manager
Country Club in Maplewood, New Jersey is looking for a Seasonal Outside Golf Operations Manager.

Position Overview:
This includes an assistant Caddie Master to manage the outside operations staff during the afternoons.

Essential responsibilities will include:
• Daily Opening and Closing Duties (setting up carts & range for the day).
• Bag Drop Duties – greeting members/guests and retrieving their clubs.
• Cart Staging Duties – preparing carts for the day, tracking players on the tee sheet, cleaning members clubs, storing members clubs.
• Driving Range Duties – driving the picker cart to pick range balls, washing the range balls in the ball washer, stocking range balls on the range, cleaning the short game area.
• Cart Cleaning Duties – cleaning carts thoroughly, drying carts thoroughly, re-stocking carts (tees, scorecard, pencil, towels, etc.)
• Bagroom Duties – clean and store members clubs in an organzied fashion
• Locking up bag room & cart barn.

Requirements:
Experience is not required, but is preferred especially for the assistant caddie master position.

Compensation:
$9.00 – $13.00 per hour.
Club Repair: $1-$5 per club.
Tips from members: (Will vary based on activity and day).
Caddying: $60 – $80 per bag, $20 – $30 per putter.
