Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Ashland, Virginia is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Superintendent will assist in all aspects of golf course maintenance. Duties will include crew supervision, leading projects, record keeping, hand watering greens, fertilizer and pesticide calibration and application along with other golf maintenance task.

Requirements:
2 or 4 year Turf degree or in related field preferred but not required.
Must have or be able to obtain a Va pesticide license within 90 days of employment.
At least 2-3 seasons on a golf course. Management experience a plus.
A successful candidate must possess a positive attitude, be detail oriented and have good communication skills.
Good time management and a desire to succeed in the golf industry is a must for this position.

Compensation:
$28,000 – $35,000 per year.
