Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training
Country Club in Wayne, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training.

Position Overview:
Our golf course management internship or recent graduate program is designed to give students a real-world application of the daily challenges experienced at a private golf facility. Candidates will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of high-end turfgrass culture as well as experience the challenges of maintaining cool season turf during New Jersey summers. The student intern will work with the entire management team from the superintendent, assistants and predominately Spanish speaking grounds team in duties ranging from but not limited to: pesticide and fertilizer applications, hand watering, irrigation maintenance and mowing.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in turf management or related field.
Student candidates must have a team mentality, positive attitude, strong work ethic, thrive on challenge and constantly strive to surpass their personal best.
A professional demeanor and attention to detail are essential.
The successful candidate must have to drive to do whatever it takes to get the job done right in this fast-paced environment.
