Seasonal Golf Shop Attendant
Golf Course in Keystone, Colorado is looking for a Seasonal Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Answer phones and assist callers appropriately and in a friendly and efficient manner. Excellent telephone communication skills required.
• Greet all guests – golfers and non-golfers. Make eye contact and engage in conversation with guests, as appropriate. Assist starters with golf bags, if needed. Communicate local course rules and other important information, as necessary.
• Use the Golf POS system to reserve tee times for guests, check in guests upon their arrival, and accept payment for golf and merchandise. Golf Shop Attendants are responsible for daily transactions and cash banks.
• Promote merchandise sales and assist guests with purchases in the golf shop. Golf Shop Attendants must be knowledgeable about products available for sale in the golf shop.
• Communicate any delays or problems to the starters and player assistants, to ensure happy golfers.
• Maintain a clean and organized golf shop and storage room. Practice recycling. Empty trash throughout the day, as needed.
• Arrive and depart work shifts at the assigned times. A flexible work schedule is required, including weekends and holidays. Golf Shop Attendants primarily work indoors, but may occasionally be required to perform some duties outdoors.
• Golf Shop Attendants are required to dress in proper golf attire while working, pressed/ironed as necessary. Appropriate dress may vary, depending on weather conditions.
• Use of a resort radio may be required, as a form of communication with other golf employees. It is expected that all radio communication will be professional and polite.

Requirements:
Employees must be able to lift heavy items, weighing up to 50 pounds, such as two fully equipped golf bags, large boxes or trash/recycling.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays – required.
Microsoft Office proficiency – required.
Able to work in a team and be detail oriented – required.
Guest service experience – preferred.
Golf experience – preferred.
